Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Frozen Whoppie Pie
I love anything chocolate and especially with Peanut Butter. Hungry Girl in most of her cookbooks she uses Vitatops to make her famous frozen whoppie pies. Whoppie pies are chocolate cakes sandwiches with cream as the middle. Holy yum. These though are a special low point, low calorie take on these indulgent desserts. I cant remember if this partical reciepe is in one of her cookbooks, but this was so tasty and very low in points and perfect as a dessert and crave any chocolate attack.
Instead of using Vitatops, I found these at Target and they are just as good as the Vitatop, Vitamuffin Chocolate ones and actually cheaper, Bonus.

Use one muffin cap and let it thaw for about 45 minutes. Or you can put in the microwave for about 15 seconds to speed up the thaw time.
Once the muffin cap thaws, slice the muffin cap in half. Slice it slowly so the muffin cap doesn't fall apart. Take a banana and slice it up into 5-6 pieces, make them thin slices.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tbls of Fat Free Cool Whip and 1 serving of PB2. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cool whip mixture on to each of the halves and place bananas on top.
Make the muffin cap into a sandwich. Look how delicious that looks. I could eat it all over again.
After you make the sandwich, wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about an hour. Once frozen, unwrap and enjoy. It is so yummy!! It's like a healthy frozen fake ice cream sandwich.
