Afternoon Delight: Chipotle, Laziness & Naps
I am sitting here on a day off and absolutely bored, not just bored but a tad bit worn out, tired, zapped of energy, etc. It is uncommon for me to not have something to do on my day off. Usually I am running, working out, shopping, etc. Today though, I set my alarm for 8:30 and just woke up tired. I got out of bed because I had originally had planned to go to the gym and work out for a bit, but I had no energy to do so, BUT I did decide to do some weight training. I had just bought a small kettle bell, 5 pounds at TJMaxx and wanted to use it. I know a lot of people use kettle bells and I am very interested in the methods and training of them. So I used the exercise guide that was in the box, I got 30 minutes in, even doing some weighted crunches and using a resistance band on my legs. So even though I didn't get up and go to the gym, I did do an in house fitness regime. After that, my heart was racing and I even had a bit of sweat, I felt good. Made myself a nice fruit filled breakfast. Some honeydew, banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, with a BetterOats Oat Fit Cinnamon Roll oatmeal and a Dannon Light & Fit Banana Blend Yogurt. Then exhaustion started to set in, went to Chipotle for lunch with my Boyfriend. A little bit high in points, but hey that's why, we have those extra 49 points and I gain a lot of activity points.

And now I am back to being tired and lazy, but its okay because I am participating in a fun run tonight with some friends tonight. So I am going to listen to my body and just relax because sometimes that is all you need to do is rest!!
