SweatPink #NoExcuses Mad Lip

Happy Monday!!!

Well this Monday, I am and was feeling all kinds of motivated and great. Work was productive and for a Monday that is awesome!! Then after work I came home and started a new work out routine that I will be doing in the gym with weights and cardio. I will dive into that a little bit tomorrow and then I got my grocery shopping done and even tackled the mound of laundry I have all over my apartment. Crossing things off of the to-do list! My favorite thing.

So now I have a fun post. I have joined in on the Sweat Pink, No Excuses Challenge. Here is a little back history to what the challenge is...

"Each Sunday we’ll send you an email with weekly prompts (workouts, healthy snack ideas and more). We ask that you share your answer or interpretation of those prompts daily via Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, your blog, etc using #NoExcuses #SweatPink for a chance to win fun weekly prizes from brands like Augusta Active, ShowerPill, Beaming with Health….etc etc…
Each day, we’ll all share what we’re doing and how we’re doing it on our social channels and help each other stay accountable, motivated and on top of our goals.  Every Friday, we’ll send around an email with winners, prizes and our favorite Tweets, IG posts and blog posts from the week (hello, link love and social sharing!)"

Now you can join in on this fun too here!!!

Here was the first challenge, which I find to be so creative and fun...

You can create your own MadLip, just simply copy the madlip at FitApproach.com and just fill in the blanks! Post and share and win. Super fun..okay here is mine!

Hey 2015, it’s me, Angie with Run.Chew.Sparkle (nickname, spirit animal, real name, blog name)
This year I would like to do more strength training_run a Sub 30 min 5k, and lose 15 pounds.
It would also be super duper awesome if I also did __read more books and less T.V.  this year. It’s not a resolution, though, just a reminder to myself to try and have the best year yet because reading is great way to escape from the every day.
The thing I am looking forward to most this year is getting stronger, personally, emotionally, mentally, physcially and spirtually.
I’ll use the one thing that truly gets me out of bed in the morning which is_Coffee!!!to help me get up, get dressed, (verb) and get after my #NoExcuses 2015.Speaking of excuses (ahem), my very favorite excuse is "I am Too Busy" and I have used it to get out of doing running  and working out  on more than Million and One (number) occasions.I vow to move my body and be more healthy this year even if it means I have to  go to sleep in my work out clothes.
Even if my alarm clock gets eaten by the dog in the middle of the night, I’ll still get up, I will use my BF's phone.
I will stop blaming the BF [ex: kids, dog, husband] for eating the rest of the dark chocolate almonds when everyone knows it was really me.
My job [job, hair, car, husband, kids] are not the reason I make excuses. I will show my job (even though I am the boss) [same as before] who’s boss this year and get my strength training/running [type of sweaty activity] on
I know that running [type of workout] is better than sitting on my butt watching my DVR. [noun]
I will reward myself by a big glass of wine
#NoExcuses 2015 has just begun and already I am imagining myself a winner. I can’t wait to rock a Zeal Hoodie (article of clothing) from Augusta Active. I can’t wait till my sweaty friends are jealous of how fresh, clean and sparkley (adj) I am between workouts with help fromShowerPill body wipes. I can see myself rocking side crow [yoga pose / workout move] in newRock the Course Leggings [article of clothing from Actio926] from Actio926 and looking fit and fly while doing it. And of course, I’ll be taking my workouts to the next level and improving my core [noun] with my new ActivMotion Bar to help me train for my next  5k [distance] race with Sasquatch Racing.
Oh, and let’s not forget how amazing my hoodie [article of clothing] will smell in my / during my race [favorite type of workout] after washing with some WIN Detergent. And lastly, I’ll keep rocking my 2015 with clean eats and nutrition from Beaming with Health!
Tag, Tweet, shout-out, call, text, fax or email 3 friends to take this survey and share how they will have a #NoExcuses 2015. Remind your friends to simply fill in the underlined parts!

Have fun and share!!!!
