One More Mile

This separate page will help chronicle my running passion, one mile at a time. At times there will be more post than others, especially when I am training for a Half or whatever race I am attending. But also this will display running quotes, motivation, and tips and tricks I have learned and read in my running magazines. Put on your running shoes and join me, one mile at a time!

  2. Hi we met at the Metro Meeting in Tampa this year and you gave me your blog to check out since I was wondering about your weight loss and your journey for it. I have to tell you that you have inspired me to go running and now that the weather has become so nice I might even try running outside! So thank you and I hope to continue reading your blog and how you deal with the dreaded upcoming holiday season in retail :)
