At my Weight Watchers meeting yesterday, my leader told me about a low point apple crisp and I couldn't resist making it today. I love apple crisp, I don't have it often or really at all, because it can be high in points and frankly I like low maintenance baking, so when I can find something easy and quick and low in points, well I am all game!! This apple crisp is again so easy and quick, perfect for a craving, a family gathering, party or just to have around the house. Well we have made it through another week of CoronaVirus, Stay Home, Social Distancing of 2020. I honestly have no clue what to call it, other than that. If you don't know, which I am sure you do know if you follow along with me, but Rachel Hollis, whom is one of the many people I look ...

So when these Chobani Flips came out, I was all about it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find them here in Florida right away, when I went home in March to New York, I was able to find them and I fell in love. There are probably at least 10 different kinds of flips, vanilla with oats, pineapple with coconut and walnuts, blueberries with chia seeds and walnuts, coconut with dark chocolate and toasted almonds, peach with dark chocolate chips and pistachios, and my favorite key lime with white chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces. The flip part of the yogurt is the cup is split up into to two sections. One section holds the Key Lime Low Fat Greek Yogurt and the other section holds the White Chocolate Pieces with Graham Cracker Pieces. You flip the fun side into the Key Lime yogurt and...
